While the packages range in services offered, each includes consulting with a team of experts who have experience in wedding planning. INITIAL CONSULTATION (FREE)
The initial consultation is just for us for us to get to know each other and answer any questions you may have. We can help guide you to identify your taste, style, budget, and vision, and give you a great starting point for your planning. We also require the couple to fill out a detailed questionnaire. This consultation can last between one to two hours.
WEDDING PACKAGES
On the Day Coordination
This package is designed for the couple that would like to do all the planning themselves, but would like a professional to help them execute all their hard work on the day. Your coordinator will ensure that your day is stress free and runs smoothly.
Wedding planning services include, but are not limited to the following:
- Initial Consultation
- Thorough walkthrough of venue
- Manage day of for a total of 8 hours from planner’s arrival
- Team of expert’s on the day of
- Create detailed final program and distribute accordingly
- Thorough vendor details:
– Confirm details and times of arrival and delivery - Handle client’s final touches
- Assist with direction of guest seating for ceremony and reception
- Access to planners wedding day emergency kit
Full Wedding Planning and Coordination:
- Initial consultation
- Comprehensive meeting with design team to get an understanding of your vision, style and design preferences
- Accompany you to tastings and site visits
- Design support for all aspects of the event
- Manage day of for a total of 8 hours from planner’s arrival
- Team of expert’s on the day of
- Create detailed final program and distribute accordingly
- Thorough vendor details
– Sourcing of the best possible vendors
– Confirm details and times of arrival/delivery
– Handle distribution of payment to each vendor - Handle clients “final touches”
- Assist with direction of guest seating for ceremony and reception
- Access to planners wedding day emergency kit
UNLIMITED PHONE AND EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE
